You have two hours to do something relaxing and a budget of $100. What will you do?
I’m a woman with simple pleasures. If the weather is nice, I will go to the nearest convenience store, buy an Arizona Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey, and maybe a bag of nuts or chips, depending on how unhealthy I care to be. I will then drive to the nearest park and spend the remainder of my two hours reading whatever book I have been reading in my spare time. If the weather is cold and wet, I will get a hot beverage (non-dairy latte or hot chocolate) and get a mani-pedi.
Sorry I don’t have anything more exciting for you tonight. Spent the day traveling for the holiday weekend and I am beat. Why do road trips make you so tired? If it was more relaxing I could have used it for this prompt. Although if I remember correctly, there’s a prompt next week dealing with a day trip. I’ll have that list for you as usual Sunday night! Have a great weekend!
I don’t even need $100. I just want a bowl of ice cream and uninterrupted access to Star Trek. 😉🖖

Honestly? If I’ve only got two hours? I’m most likely air popping some popcorn and watching Netflix. I’ll pocket that $100 for another day! xD

Heck yeah! Or maybe go blow the $100 at the bookstore. 😃

I almost included “going to the bookstore and buying a new book” for my reading-in-the-park idea but then I remembered it takes me at least an hour to browse before deciding on a book and then I’d have no time to go enjoy it in the park! My TBR pile is so big though I’ve no shortage of books to bring to the park. 🙂

Same here! And I keep adding to it. I’m okay with that, though, because I’d hate to ever think I had nothing to read!
