Week 33

Happy Monday! How was your day? I hope your week is off to a good start. The month is starting to wind down. It has been a very busy month and November is just around the corner! NaNo is looming and I am giddily avoiding eye contact with it as I lowkey panic about how not ready I am in addition to all the house stuff I need to finish.

We’re mostly done with the updates we want to do. We just have to finish staining/sealing the living room floor and tidy up and we’ll be ready to move! With a bit of luck I can be in my new office for the first night of NaNo. I kind of want to get a new desk. There’s nothing wrong with this one, I just want all new furniture so I don’t have to move any of the furniture I currently have.

As far as November is concerned, I have a pretty strong feeling that I’ll be taking a hiatus from the blog again to focus on boosting dat word count erry day. I am not confident I will even be able to keep to this abbreviated schedule with the prompts while also working on hitting 50k on one piece. So next Wednesday is Halloween, which means 5 more “daily” posts until the hiatus. With that said, here are the prompts for this week:

171. If you could pick up and leave on vacation today, where would you be off to?
172. What is the weirdest thing you have ever eaten?
173. What modern technology would you have trouble living without?
174. If you had the opportunity to write as a career, what would you write?
175. What is your favorite room in your home or apartment?

I’ve got 4 straight pages of short prompts (2/page) so we’re gonna have some twofers this week. I might add a 6th to Friday and go all twofers, but we’ll see where I end up. This update post is a day late so I will see you tomorrow with the first couple prompts! Have a great night!
